CEC TV Regulation Proposal SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) ® announced today an interactive webinar to be held Monday, November 9 to brief media and answer questions regarding the latest data on the California Energy Commission's (CEC's) proposed television regulations. The CEC is poised to adopt as early as November 18 new regulations restricting the ability of Californians to purchase certain models of televisions.
